Rye Bay Beach House is the perfect getaway, romantic hideaway or a home from home for the family. Ideally situated on the edge of the dunes, it's just a stone's throw from Camber Sand's blue flag fine sandy beaches.

 

The house sleeps up to 6 people comfortably over three levels with one double bedroom (with ensuite), one twin bedroom and further sleeping provision in the Den which contains a double sofabed. The interiors are retro/vintage styled and each level has balcony access and views over the communal dune garden.

 

The house is equipped with all mod cons (including Wifi) and is child and pet friendly. For toddlers we have a high chair, stroller and cot as well as a trunk of toys. For lazy nights in, we have plenty board games, a library of books and DVD films for all ages. The games room, situated on the ground floor, contains a full size table tennis table and is ideal for safe storage of your surfing equipment, kite buggies and bicycles should you wish to bring them with you or hire locally. We also have washing, tumble drying and ironing facilities.

For those interested in eco-credentials, the house is super-insulated with a biodiverse 'green roof'. Energy consumption is reduced by solar and geo-thermal energy which is used for space and water heating. As a result, we consume less than half of the energy required by a traditional 3 bed house. A saving that is passed onto you.
